The Hearing & Speech Institute receives funding from individuals to support new programs and provide services to children and families who cannot otherwise afford them. Every dollar is important and goes toward improving the lives of people in our community.

Giving
You can allocate funds from your estate
to the Hearing & Speech Institute.
Many types of planned gifts are designed
to give an income back to you during your
lifetime. Almost all of them provide a
tax deduction, either an income tax charitable
deduction now, or an estate tax charitable
deduction at death. Consult your tax advisor

Donate Your Car!
The Institute has begun a Vehicle Donation Program
By donating your car, truck, boat, or RV to the Hearing & Speech Institute's Vehicle Donation Program:
- You may receive greater value for your vehicle as a charitable contribution on your itemized tax return.
- You'll be spared the ordeal of selling your vehicle.
- You'll make a valuable contribution to help people in need in your community.
We're working with Speed's Supertow to make donating your vehicle easy and rewarding. It's as easy as . .
- Call the Development Office at the Hearing & Speech Institute at 503-802-5254, or fill out the vehicle donation form and fax or mail it to the Institute.
- We'll arrange for Speed's Supertow to pick up your vehicle and process the appropriate title and receipt paperwork. They get the car ready for auction, which happens each week, and the Institute is mailed the proceeds from the sale.
- 3. We will send you an official receipt acknowledging your charitable contribution for your tax deduction.
